After June 30,2022, Henry Schein One will no longer support Communication Manager or Website Manager.
Will I still be able to use eCentral Communication Manager and/or Website Manager after support ends?
Yes, you can continue to use your solutions until December 31, 2022, when the eCentral Communication Manager and Website Manager products will end. Until that time, the products will continue to function normally, but Henry Schein One will no longer provide technical support.
When will eCentral Communication Manager and Website Manager be discontinued?
The eCentral Communication Manager and Website Manager products will end on December 31, 2022. After this time, you will no longer be able to use the products. To avoid a gap in your patient communications and/or website forms, you’ll want to transition to our new patient communication solution before this date.
